"SARMIENTO" TIBIA BRACE

Thermoadjustable polyethylene brace with internal closed-cell foam lining. Rear plastic section for regulation of tibial compression. Self-grip Velcro straps for stabilization of the brace. Pair of hypoallergenic cotton sleeves to be worn before application of the brace. The brace allows for extension and flexion of the ankle through the use of the "TFO FOOT" shoe (Code 06-2-169), with special application positions. Features ventilation holes. provides alignment of the fracture preventing angular deformity. Replaces the need for application of a plaster cast. Prevents possible infection Radioluscent. Available in both left-sided and right-sided.
